I mentioned this morning to Kathy on reception, and like to put in writing, how wonderful I think Rhea in Chilli Peppers is. An absolute Credit to the nursery. So professional, and yet so very caring and obviously has a good rapport with all the children – and parents. My youngest daughter (Rhea Nelson) absolutely adores and I put my trust in her completely. I’m always happy to see her there when we arrive in the morning. She makes drop offs easy and efficient. She was made for this job and I really hope she feels valued and rewarded for the great work that she does.

It was great to meet your team at Pepperberry today. It was clear a great deal of thought and love goes into making Pepperberry a happy, fun place for little ones to be. Learning opportunities were threaded through even the daily routine tasks, in addition, you offer lots of varied activities to keep everything fresh. I liked the fact your room leaders have been established at Pepperberry for multiple years and the room leader in Tiny Peppers especially stood out, she gave me a great vibe and lots of information. Ashlee gave us a thorough tour thank you and it was reassuring to spend some time in each class rather than being whisked through. So yes we’d love to register.

Thank you Chrysa, Sam and all the lovely team members in Tiny Peppers. Rihan has come on leaps and bounds since joining Pepperberry. We have especially noticed a difference in his confidence, social skills by playing with other children and motor skills. The feedback daily is fantastic and todays report has been comprehensive which has given us great confidence in Rihan’s next move to Sweet Peppers.

We are so happy with Tilly’s parents evening, all of the development she has made. Tilly started in March 2017 just before her 1st birthday. We were both very nervous about the transition and worried she wouldn’t settle, but it has been the best decision we have made as parents. Tilly is SO happy here and is thriving in terms of development and skills. This is all down to her amazing key worker Hannah and Kim in Baby Peppers. We would recommend Pepperberry to all parents and look forward to our future parent evenings here. Thank you for all of your care and support with Tilly.

I just wanted to let you know that I’m so pleased with my child’s key person – Rhea in Preschool Peppers. She has a wonderful manner about her and interacts well with both me and my child. She is organised and remembers the conversations we have about my child and his progress/needs. But overall the main thing I appreciate us her obvious passion for childcare and her interest in my son and his happiness and achievements. She describes being proud of him and it’s lovely to know someone has a connection to him and is caring for him while. I’m working. All Rhea’s colleagues in the Pre-school 1 & 2 Unit are extremely supportive and great to deal with too.

Pepperberry has been a wonderful experience for my son. The rooms are bright and airy, the range of activities they undertake with the children is broad, educational and fun and the communications with parents are excellent. They take time to get to know the children, and really seem to enjoy seeing them grow and develop. Their dedication to their learning journey can be seen in the crafts and play they do with them, and the music classes are a highlight. Louise
